This [Section 2.07] shall not apply to Taxes to the extent duplicative of [Section 4.04]. In addition, this [Section 2.07] shall not apply to any demand made after the 180th day following the requesting Lender’s knowledge that it would be entitled to any such amounts.

This [Section 2.08] is intended solely to preserve the rights of Agents and the other Secured Parties hereunder and under the other Credit Document to the maximum extent that would not cause the Obligations or the Secured Obligations (as defined in the Security Agreement) of each Borrower to be subject to avoidance or unenforceability under any Debtor Relief Laws, and neither any Borrower nor any other Person shall have any right or claim under this [Section 2.06] as against any Agent or any other Secured Party that would not otherwise be available to such Person under the Bankruptcy Code or such other laws.

This [Section 2.19] shall supersede any provisions in [Section 2.13 or 12.01]1] to the contrary.

This [Section 2.20] shall supersede any provisions in [Section 2.13 or 12.01]1] to the contrary.

This [Section 10.11] is intended only to define the relative rights of the Loan Guarantors, and nothing set forth in this [Section 10.11] is intended to or shall impair the obligations of the Loan Guarantors, jointly and severally, to pay any amounts as and when the same shall become due and payable in accordance with the terms of this Loan Guaranty.

This [Section 2.18] shall supersede any provisions in [Section 2.14, 2.15 or 10.08]8]8] to the contrary.

This [Section 2.19] shall supersede any provisions in [Section 2.14, 2.15 or 10.08]8]8] to the contrary.
